Dr Tan is a dedicated and well-qualified paediatrician with a strong foundation in paediatrics and child health. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, and Bachelor of Obstetrics (MB BCh BAO) from Ireland, as well as a Membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH). Dr Tan specialises in various aspects of paediatric care and has gained extensive experience throughout her professional practice.

Dr Tan's professional journey in the field of paediatrics began as a house officer at Hospital Tuanku Ja'afar, where she worked from 2010 to 2012. She then served as a medical officer at Klinik Kesihatan Bahau from 2012 to 2013. Her career path subsequently led her to the paediatric department at Hospital Tuanku Ja'afar in Seremban, where she worked as a medical officer from 2013 to 2020.

Dr Tan advanced her career by serving as a registrar in the paediatric department at Hospital Port Dickson from 2020 to 2021, followed by a role as a specialist in the same department.

Dr Tan’s extensive experience and expertise in paediatric care, including her focus on child health, growth and development, and the management of various paediatric illnesses, make her a valuable healthcare professional for children and their families. Her dedication to the well-being of children is evident in her diverse roles and continuous commitment to paediatric care.
